Located on a secluded beach, you’ll likely be the only people strolling the shores in front of it with your morning coffee. The views are stunning and the sounds of nature surround you at all times. Our home is the ideal place to soak up the sunset at night and with 7 bedrooms and two pools, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax in bliss. One of the special features of Sayulita is the variety and quality of its dining options. In the afternoon you will find food stalls selling all-natural fruit and vegi smoothies, fresh fish tacos and fruit only popsicles. In the evening you can feast on street tacos for 80 cents or have a fine dining meal on par with New York and San Francisco for prices at a third of what you’d find in those cities. All breakfast are included in addition to the welcome night dinner party.
FLIGHTS
We want to make your vacation as effortless as possible so you can just book, pack and enjoy! The cost of your flight is not included so that you can use your own air miles should you have them. You need to land in Puerto Vallarta between 12:00 and 2:00 on the first day of the trip and depart around the same time on the last day of the trip. If you are not using your own miles we are happy to take the stress out of booking and will happily arrange your flights for you. Simply give us your local airport and we will get you to Sayulita. Flights are typically around $750 from western and southern United States depending on your departure location and when you book it.

Email us to discuss. Deposits are non-refundable for any reason.

I’m over 50. Do you think I’ll fit in with the group?
Average age on all Flow trips is 45. That means on nearly every trip we have guests well into their 60’s. Age is not a factor. All you need is an adventurous spirit.
Do I have to know be in good shape already?
Absolutely not. Our trips are designed to be accessible for everyone. Our fitness professionals are experts at custom designing workouts that will encourage any level of fitness to find their best self. This trip is only about giving yourself the gift of wellness and lifting up your soul!
What if I don’t have a roommate?
We always have solo travelers. We will call you to discuss your travel style in order to pair you with the best roommate of the same sex. If you’re an early riser we will pair you with someone similar. Our vacations tend to attract travelers of a similar mind set already. It’s very likely you could room with any guest and be completely content!
Are there men on your trips?
While we do have more women than men on most trips, everyone is welcome! Men, women, couples, singles. Black, white, brown, gay, straight and everyone in between! We are a love tribe. One world. One people.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Insurance is required for your physical and financial protection. The only company we recommend using is Allianz Travel Insurance. Their website is very easy to navigate and understand. There are many different coverage levels. You can insure the full amount of your trip or just a dollar amount of your choice. The “One Trip Basic” covers you in case of medical emergency which is most important. Cost is generally around $45.
